• By purchasing, you acknowledge that the service involves immediate resource consumption.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds may be granted only if no significant usage has occurred.
• “Significant usage” is determined solely at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Any used credits are strictly non-refundable.
• Any AI processing, generated output, voice processing, or data analysis is non-refundable.
• Partial usage may result in partial refunds at our sole discretion, but is not guaranteed.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
• No refunds are provided for active billing periods.
• Cancelation affects future billing only.

EU Customers

• By purchasing and accessing the service, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of digital content.
• You acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer laws.

Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service.
