Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payments, customer service inquiries related to billing, returns, refunds and chargebacks.

Because JobLink is an AI-powered service that incurs real-time costs from third-party providers (such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google AI, DeepGram and others), our refund policy is as follows.

Free Trial Credits

Every new user receives 250 free credits upon registration (approximately 1 hour of active AI usage).

We strongly encourage you to use these credits to fully evaluate the product before making any purchase. This trial period is designed to let you test all features risk-free.

General Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described below.

Once any credits are consumed or any AI feature is used, the purchase becomes non-refundable because real costs have already been incurred with our third-party AI providers.

Subscriptions

EU / UK / EEA Customers – 14-Day Withdrawal Right

Under EU/UK consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase.

By purchasing and accessing our service you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery and performance of the digital content.

If you use any credits or start using the AI features during the 14-day period, your right of withdrawal is lost for the consumed portion of the service, in accordance with applicable law.

Our Discretion

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to deny any refund in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive chargebacks, or misuse of the service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] and include your Paddle transaction / receipt ID (found in the purchase confirmation email from Paddle).

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
