General Policy
- All purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that the service involves immediate resource consumption.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds may be granted only if no significant usage has occurred.
- “Significant usage” is determined solely at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Any used credits are strictly non-refundable.
- Any AI processing, generated output, voice processing, or data analysis is non-refundable.
- Partial usage may result in partial refunds at our sole discretion, but is not guaranteed.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- No refunds are provided for active billing periods.
- Cancelation affects future billing only.
EU Customers
- By purchasing and accessing the service, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of digital content.
- You acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer laws.
Abuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service.
