Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobLink platform (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

JobLink is an AI-powered SaaS platform that enables communication, candidate engagement, and information exchange between recruiters and candidates through AI-assisted interfaces (chat, voice, Job Links, analytics, etc.).

We provide only a software tool. We are not a recruitment agency, employment agency, or job placement service. We do not guarantee any hiring outcomes, candidate quality, or employment results.

2. AI Job Links and Generated Content

You may create AI-powered assistants ("Job Links"). These are informational tools only. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for all content, prompts, and materials you upload or configure in Job Links.

Candidates interact with Job Links at their own risk. They must independently verify any information received.

3. Account and Authentication

You log in using third-party providers (e.g. LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. We are not responsible for any third-party authentication services.

4. Billing and Payments (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payments, billing, taxes, customer service inquiries related to payments, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.

All subscriptions and credit purchases are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Credits System

New users receive 250 free credits upon registration. Credits are consumed for AI usage (chat, voice, generations, etc.) and are deducted immediately.

Used credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or restored. We reserve the right to change credit pricing and consumption rates at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, AI models, and materials provided by JobLink remain our exclusive property (or the property of our licensors). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of the data and prompts you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to provide and improve the Service.

7. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

You must:

Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, attempting to access the underlying AI models, or using the Service to create fake candidates or mislead users.

8. No Guarantees and Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or biases. You agree not to rely solely on any AI output for critical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, hiring decisions, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal reasons.

You may cancel your subscription via your Paddle account. Cancellation affects only future billing.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
