We provide a digital software platform (SaaS) that enables AI-powered communication, candidate engagement, and information exchange between recruiters and candidates through AI-assisted interfaces.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of the Service

The platform provides AI-powered tools including:

• AI chat and voice communication between users and AI assistants
• creation and distribution of AI “Job Links” (AI-powered interactive assistants)
• candidate engagement and information sharing about job roles and companies
• analytics and summaries of user interactions

The service is a software tool only.

• We do not act as a recruitment agency, employment agency, hiring intermediary, or job placement service.
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes, hiring decisions, or candidate selection results.

AI Job Links

Users may create AI-powered assistants (“Job Links”).

Job Links:

• are AI-generated interactive assistants accessible via unique links
• may respond via text and voice
• are configured using user-provided data, prompts, and uploaded materials
• may simulate recruiter-style communication for informational purposes

Users are solely responsible for all content and configuration of Job Links.

Candidate Experience

Candidates may:

• interact with AI Job Links via chat or voice
• access job-related information
• view summaries and shared content
• engage in informational conversations about roles and companies

AI responses are informational only and may not be accurate or complete. Candidates remain responsible for verifying any information received.

Account Access

Users log in via third-party authentication providers (e.g. LinkedIn).

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining account security
• all activity performed under their account
• ensuring accuracy of provided data

We are not responsible for third-party authentication systems.

Billing and Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• Recruiter accounts are subscription-based.
• Pricing tiers may include monthly subscriptions and usage-based credits.
• All charges are processed in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.
• All payments are final except as defined in the Refund Policy.

Credits System

The platform uses a credits-based system for AI usage. Credits may be consumed for:

• AI chat interactions
• voice interactions
• AI-generated summaries and analytics
• Job Link interactions

Credits are consumed immediately upon usage. Used credits are non-refundable and cannot be restored or transferred. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing or usage rules at any time.

Analytics and AI Output

The platform may generate:

• engagement metrics
• summaries of conversations
• behavioral indicators (e.g. interest levels, interaction activity)
• AI-generated scoring or insights

These outputs are for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not represent factual, legal, or employment determinations. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on such outputs.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• all data uploaded into the system
• ensuring lawful use of candidate and company data
• obtaining necessary consents for processing personal data
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Users must not use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive purposes.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• AI may simulate human-like communication but does not represent real persons.
• Users must not rely solely on AI outputs for employment or hiring decisions.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• hiring outcomes
• candidate engagement levels
• accuracy of AI scoring or analytics
• business or financial results

The service is provided strictly as a software tool.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• misuse or abuse the platform
• upload unlawful or unauthorized data
• attempt to reverse engineer the system
• use the service for illegal discrimination or prohibited hiring practices
• interfere with system performance or security

Refunds

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for:

• violation of these Terms
• suspected abuse or fraud
• legal or compliance reasons
• risk to platform integrity

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We are not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• hiring or business decisions made using the platform
• loss of data or revenue

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
